  5. Preparing for Travel Create itinerary Increase credit amount Make reservations (Car, Hotel, Airline) Prepare GPS and maps Share itinerary/calendar Confirm attendance Materials

  6. Arrival at Event • Be 30-45 minutes early • Check in with the event coordinator • Set up table • Necessary materials • Displays

  7. The Event Follow NACAC rules Engage interactions Explain materials Encourage contact card/scanner Invite to visit Know institution programs

  8. There’s Still Work to Do! • Enter contact cards/download data • Information • Tracking • Send follow up • Email • Note card
