Briefing and AV Requirements. All briefings must be built in Microsoft PowerPoint (any version). (Open Office is acceptable, however it will be converted to PowerPoint.) Any digitized video files must be in either .MPG format (version 1) or .WMV format.

Briefing and AV Requirements • All briefings must be built in Microsoft PowerPoint (any version).(Open Office is acceptable, however it will be converted to PowerPoint.) • Any digitized video files must be in either .MPG format (version 1) or .WMV format. • Page set-up for briefings: ON-SCREEN SHOW size (7½” x 10”); please avoid widescreen format. • Computer/Audiovisual media: CDs, DVDs or Memory Sticks; please avoid PAL format and use NTSC. • If your briefings and/or videos are ready ahead of time, please send them to the following: • Janet Chan (Presentations)Shane Broomfield (Videos)janet.chan@ngc.comORshane.broomfield@ngc.com • Material must be received before June 4, 2012; otherwise it should be hand carried to the conference. If you are hand carrying your material, PLEASE contact us as soon as you arrive at the hotel so that we can arrange a delivery time. • Each country should use its own flag in the upper left corner; basic formats for each country are included in this file. • Please maintain the integrity of this format whenever possible (background, placement of titles, size of type, size of body copy, type face, etc.). Each country may add to the background as it needs to; however, if you are changing the background PLEASE be sure to inform the people listed above as soon as the briefing is available.
