Ingredients: • 1 kg sauerkraut • smoked pork and chicken bones • 50 g dried mushrooms • 1 sausage • bay leaf • cream • pepper
Instructions: • The bones do broth. • Strain it and add sauerkraut with mushrooms, sausage and bay leaf and cook for about an hour. • After cooking cabbage soup seasoned with a spoonful of sour cream, salt and ground black pepper. • Serve with white bread.
