  1. 1. Koji, Makoto, Osamu apply for Visitor’s ID - allows for easy use of internet. - register laptop - get visitor’s badge 2. Fermilab general safety training. 3. Prepare KEK ADC system in the Sidet C-D Area

  2. Tasks to do for (Warm) Powering up of Module 72 1. Check all voltages on pins on MMIC JIG board (Done) 2 . Setup ESD area in Sidet C-D connect (Donna) 3. Review Power up sequence (all) 4. Review Power down sequence (all) 4. Review Kieran’s measurement on Module 72 5. Apply LV to the module 6. Try reading out with Internal ADC on MMIC Jig Board 7. Modify MMIC Jig Board to accept KEK ADC system

  3. LV power UP sequence LV power DOWN sequence 0. Use ESD Strap 1. Turn on MMIC jig board 2. Set drain voltages to zero 2a. Set gate voltages to -200 mV 2b. Set Detector bias voltages to zero 3. Set PS voltages to zero 4. PLUG MODULE INTO MAB 5. Turn on Drain voltages to 750 mV 6. Slowly increase Gate voltage to get the nominal drain current for a single LNA. 7. Turn ON Phase Switches LAST. PS diodes turn ON at (0.5 V for room T) and (0.7 V at cold T) 0. Use ESD Strap 1.. Turn OFF Phase Switches FIRST 2. Turn OFF Gate voltages 3. Turn OFF Drain Voltages 4. Remove Module from MAB 5. Turn OFF the MMIC jig board

  5. Kieran’s Warm Data on Module 72

  6. Kieran’s Cold DATA on Module 72

  7. Module Pin information Typical Gate Voltage = 0.4 V (ON) Typical Drain Voltage = 0.7 V Typical Drain Current = 5-15 mA Voltage to turn OFF phase Switch ~ -1.2 V Voltage to turn ON phase Switch ~ 0.5 V Reference information https://cmb.uchicago.edu/project/images/c/c8/Moduledoc.pdf
