  1. Fuel, Mileage and Miles Per Gallon (MPG) Computation (One-Time Set-Up) IE36 1. From the SAP R/3 System Easy Access screen or from your favorites, enter or select transaction code IE36. 2. Click or press Enter. The Display Vehicles: Vehicle Selection displays. 3. Enter the following in the appropriate fields under the corresponding sections: - In the Field object type field under the Vehicle Data section, enter 6000. - In the Status included field under the General Data section, enter E2*. - In the Maintenance Plant field under the Location Data section, enter your Maintenance Plant 4-digit Code. Note: Remove any layout shown. 4. Click . The Display Vehicles: Vehicle List screen displays (default layout). 5. Click on Current variant icon. 6. On the Change layout screen, move required items from Column set to Columns by clicking on the column name and then on the arrow- head to move it to the left. Required items: - Fleet Object Type - Description of technical object - Equipment - Inventory number - User status - Construction year - Daily Average fuel (gallons) - select first option. (Note: This will give a 90-day average; the second one listed will give a 360-day average). - Daily Average activity (miles) - select first option. (Note: This will give a 90-day average; the second one listed will give a 360- day average). - Average consumption (miles per gallon) - select first option. (NOTE: This will give a 90-day average; the second one listed will give a 360-day average). - Sort field This report allows you to report average fuel, mileage and MPG based on a variety of criteria, such as Vehicle Description, Year Model (construction year), School Assignment, etc. School Assignment will be used here for demonstration purposes. The report displays. Click again on and the checkboxes should appear next to the items. 9. Click . The Save layout dialog box displays. 10. In the Save layout field, enter your username followed by /MPG. In the Name field, enter MPG-calculation. 11. Click at the bottom of dialog box. 12. The report is now ready to process or you may exit the transaction by clicking on to return to the SAP Easy Access screen. This report allows you to report average fuel, mileage and MPG based on a variety of criteria, such as Vehicle Description, Year Model (construction year), School Assignment, etc. School Assignment will be used here for demonstration purposes.
