  3. Most financial advisors tend to avoid penny stocks due to the extremely high risk that comes with owning them. Generally tends to fluctuate wildly in price. Most likely those who invest in Penny stocks should be prepared to lose their entire investment. Big profits or Big risk?

  4. Love or hate penny stocks? • We love penny stocks because they’re fascinating, and hardworking avg. Joes hope to strike it rich. • However, we don’t love them enough to actually buy them. • YES, they have big potential, but their daily gyrations are unpredictable.

  5. BE AWARE! • penny stocks are high risk investments and new investors should be aware of the risks involved. These risks include limited liquidity, lack of financial reporting, and fraud. • Sudden changes in demand or supply of penny stock can lead to volatility in the stock price up or down.
