The Alco pressure switch works on differential settings. There are two settings: The Cut OFF setting is on the left. The Cut ON setting is on the right.
Turn this knob clockwise to adjust the STOP point up, and counter clock wise to adjust the STOP point down. Warning: NEVER turn the adjustment knobs past the last numbered line!
Turn this knob to adjust the difference in Start pressure from the Stop pressure. See example on next page. Warning: NEVER turn the adjustment knobs past the last numbered line!
This switch is set to come ON when the pressure falls to 85 PSI. It is set to cut out (OFF) at 100 PSI. The differential is 15 PSI. The formula is Stop point minus Differential equals Start point 100-15=85. Warning: NEVER turn the adjustment knobs past the last numbered line!
