  12. 何謂第四方物流(Fourth Party Logistics;4PL/FPL) • 第四方物流可以說是第三方物流(Third Party Logistics;3PL/TPL)的延伸,其首要提倡者是安盛(安德森)諮詢公司,並且將其定義為:「一個整合和管理組織自身及具有互補性服務提供商的資源、能力和技術,來提供全面的供應鏈解決方案的供應鏈集成商。」第四方物流不僅控制和管理特定的物流服務,並對整個物流過程提出策劃方案,且透過電子商務將這個過程集合起來。
