CSMS Performance Review Date: 21st Sep 2021 Participants: 2 Name: Frontier Constabulary Security Services Risk Ranking: Blue Safety Inputs SOCf :0 SOf : 751 Near Miss : 0 reported Monthly Safety Input Compliance: 12 / 12 HSE Activities: Restricted Due to COVID Qualitative part of performance review • Leadership: Only one engagement sessions via Video call this year. • Risks: Risk identified in 4P Audit and covey to contractor • Improving safety culture: Need to improve action items tracking system. • HSE training: 4x FCSS guards and supervisor have been imparted training SOC Certification trainings so that they could conduct SOC. • Overall safety inputs frequency is good. Need to enhance quality. • Learning from incidents, PPE and safety leadership and audit & assurance processes need improvement. • Contractor Accountability process (CAP) • Contractor has developed elaborate vaccination plan.
