  3. Pictures!

  4. The universe! How old is the universe? The age of our universe is between the time the big bang happened and right now people and scientists suggest that the universe is 13.75± How did the universe begin? A lot of people believe that God created the universe and others believe the big bang I believe in the big bang the big bang was like a tiny balloon that got bigger and bigger then when it got really big and exploded and then slowly the universe transformed

  5. What is the temperature of our universe? Since the universe is so big and each planet is so different there is no really specific number What are light minutes and light hours? Light minutes and light hours are just minutes and hours for planets in outer space

  6. Early astronomy! How did people study stars before the telescope was invented? they had to look at the night sky regularly with their eyes people made long sighting tubes farmers made stone henge to help them. What was the first telescope invented? The first working telescope was made in 1608 the person who made it was Han lippershy What are radio telescopes? Radio telescopes are large parabolic antennas used single or in a group Find 2 astronauts what are there names when and where do they live what did they discover? Neil Armstrong lives in the U.S.A he is 80 years old and he was the first person to land on the moon John glen lives in the U.S.A too he was the first American to orbit the earth the space congressional medal of honerwas given to him he was born in 1921.

  7. Stars! What is a star? A star is a sun How does a new star begin? Stars are made from huge clouds gradually the cloud shrinks and all the gas and dust clump together and it gets really hot and that is what makes a new star. What is a constellation? A constellation is a connection of stars that forms a picture How long would it take to travel to the nearest star? (Proxima cenauri) Do stars really twinkle How so? Stars do not twinkle the barrier between the earth and space just makes things look different. What is the milky way? The stars in space are in huge groups called galaxies our galaxy is called the milky way. What are shooting stars? Shooting stars are not really a star it is a rock and since its going so fast it burns brightly.

  8. Extras! Binary stars A star system with 2 stars orbiting it Globular cluster Its a collection of stars (it can be thousands to millions!) that is held together by gravity White dwarf A faint dying star a low or meteor mass collapsed to a small size it used to be a red giant. Neutron star A neutron star is a star that is made completely out of neutron it is very hot. Red giant A red giant is a luminous giant star it is yellow orange to red in colour. Nebulae A nebulae is a cloud of dust hydrogen gas helium and plasma Supernova A supernova is a stellar explosion that is more energetic than a nova Black hole A black hole is a giant hole that sucks things in nobody knows what is inside a black hole because if you go in one you cant get out.
