Current State of Website • By website title or location, DASN(AP) contracting policy guidance (signed by Branch) is not readily discernible from ASN(RDA) guidance (signed by Guerts) – whether related to contracting or not. • Significant portions of DASN(AP) pages within ASN(RDA) site contain supercededmaterial • Many pages duplicate content • Links to external content are broken

Change Recommendations • Update names/numbers on DASN(AP) Organization page keeping cognizant of PPI • Reformat Policy and Guidance page • Reformat Policy Memo page • Create section for ASN(RDA) signed memos (no section exists today) • Create section for Contracting Memos (regardless of originator) • Maintain no more than 5 years of memos in current section. Add notice telling readers of this policy. • Create archive by year • Remove superseded memorandums.

Website Update Process • Define new website format/content changes • Approval not required (per contractor) for DASN(AP) to change format or content on DASN(AP) pages • Funding is in place to perform changes • Obtain DASN(AP)/Executive Director approval for changes • Submit changes to Delta Resources for execution • Notify ASN(RDA) community via e-mail comms of newly designed DASN AP web page, and when it will be ready to use. • From feedback from ASN community, implement make-sense changes for improvement and user friendliness.
