  2. 8 Elements of Civilization Every civilization shares 8 basic elements. Think of a skeleton. We all look different on the outside, but on the inside we all have the same bones, the same organs and the same systems that allow us to survive in the world

  3. Art & Architecture Art – The creation and expression of beautiful items such as: painting, sculpture, music and performing arts Architecture – the designing and building of physical structures such as: buildings, roads, and bridges

  4. Agriculture • The production of food by cultivating soil, producing crops, and raising livestock. Including farming, ranching, and fishing

  7. Economy The cycle of labor (jobs), currency (money), trade and resources related to earning a living
