  6. BTEC Assessment Brief You are required to compile a report based on the delivery of eight hours of lessons with customers in a driver training situation in-car. In the report use examples to clearly show that you have: • Evaluated the use of different communication techniques for different learning styles • Assessed the effectiveness of different communication techniques to establish rapport with customers • Analysed how different questioning techniques produce different outcomes • Justified that beliefs and motivation can be challenged and affected through questioning techniques. 2 hours

  21. Session 4 – Example Questions Would you agree you enjoy taking risks when driving? Do you think you are more likely to take risks than other police officers? Do you get annoyed at the actions of other drivers? When someone pulls out in front of you, how does that make you feel?

  22. Session 4 – Example Questions Do you think you could improve your driving in any way that could cut down on the number of accidents? How could you improve your driving to cut down on the number of collisions? Are you aware that statistically you are at greater risk of having an accident after your first one, especially if you don’t learn from your mistakes? How will your driving have changed in six months’ time to reduce your risk of being involved in another crash?
