第三节 太阴病兼变证. 太阴兼表证的治法（ 276/P294 ）. 太阴病 --- 指素体脾胃虚弱者（或太阴病初愈之时） 脉浮者 ---- 当有发热、恶寒、汗出、头痛等表虚证 以表证为主，病机向外 治则 ----- 可发汗：解肌发汗，调和营卫 方：宜桂枝汤. 太阳病误下，邪陷太阴的证治（ 279/P295 ）. 重在腹痛，无下利 ---- 邪初入太阴，脾络不和，寒湿不显 ---- 桂枝加芍药汤. 桂枝加芍药汤证. 腹满时痛 同属太阴. 太阴提纲证. 兼吐利，食不下 ----- 脾虚寒湿内盛

  2. 太阴兼表证的治法（276/P294） 太阴病---指素体脾胃虚弱者（或太阴病初愈之时） 脉浮者----当有发热、恶寒、汗出、头痛等表虚证 以表证为主，病机向外 治则-----可发汗：解肌发汗，调和营卫 方：宜桂枝汤

  3. 太阳病误下，邪陷太阴的证治（279/P295） 重在腹痛，无下利 ----邪初入太阴，脾络不和，寒湿不显 ----桂枝加芍药汤 桂枝加芍药汤证 腹满时痛 同属太阴 太阴提纲证 兼吐利，食不下 -----脾虚寒湿内盛 -----温中散寒，健脾燥湿

  5. 寒湿发黄的证治及禁例（259/P297） 因：伤寒发汗已----汗出太过，中气更伤 证：身目发黄----寒湿中阻，肝胆失疏 机理：寒湿在里故也----寒湿为患 治禁：不可下 治则：于寒湿中求之----温化寒湿 小便不利---茵陈五苓散 小便利---茵陈术附汤 病人
