(I may include one home page to introduce the project, which will then contain a link to the fictitious company web page.) A prototype is shown here… INTRODUCTORY LEVEL Activity 1: Introduction Letter Create an “introduction letter” for a prospective client, explaining your services. Activity 2: Service list Create a list of services you offer to give to prospective clients at a travel expo you are attending. ADVANCED LEVEL Activity 1: Welcome Back! Survey Use mail merge to send a letter to five or more clients that have just returned from a tour. EXPERT LEVEL etc. Each of these activities will include a key word/phrase link to allow the student to navigate to the specific activity.

Instruction Sheet • INTRODUCTION LETTER • (Word, Intro Level) • Create a new document in Word. • Using standard business format, prepare a letter that introduces your business to a prospective client. Include the typical parts of a business letter, such as the inside address, current date, your company address, greeting, signature block, etc. The body of the letter should include at least three indented paragraphs. The first paragraph can provide a brief overview of your business, the second can include a list of services your company offers, and the third can include any additional information or be a closing paragraph.etc. • Save the file. Each activity page will also include the following links: • Return to the main home page • Return to the software home page • Return to the software activity page • Move to the previous activity • Move to the next activity Sample
