  14. 2014 N+2 targets I. *In March 2014 European Commission has adopted a decision on the suspension of payment claims for 2 Operational Programmes in Slovenia: for ERDF founds and Cohesion founds. Suspension of payment claims causes problems in State Budget. If the Problem will not be solved quickly, this will cause risk also for automatic decommitment .
