Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager Position Overview: This position will focus on creating and developing Web content, Public Relations work, Graphic materials, event planning, project management and the various departmental needs that are required to support and work with our growing Marketing team. Develop Market-Specific Promotional Collateral, Demonstrations, and Tutorials. • iMac graphic programs • Conduct market research and staying knowledgeable about industry trends. • Help coordinating trades shows. • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and sales operations. • Market Analysis, Competitive Comparisons and conduct research on current industry/competitor trends. • Development in a team environment our internal and external communications activity, including sales & marketing collateral, web content management, press releases, presentations, and sales proposals. Skills: • High level of presentation/public speaking skills and strong customer service skills. • Ability to drive/travel – approximately 5% out of town travel required. • Strong verbal communication and writing skills. • Marketing and communications experience is desired with agency experience a plus. • The ability to handle several projects at once under deadline pressure is also essential . • An ability to understand, research, write and deliver summaries on a range of business issues. • Experience with iMac systems and software is essential.
