  6. Quick Notes • Before you sign the inventory, go through the house, checking the closets and cabinets to see that everything has been packed. You should be provided a legible copy of the inventory. • Protect yourself by ensuring that the quantity, quality and condition of your property is accurately recorded and noted on the inventories and by any other means available, BEFORE the shipment leaves your control.
