  8. On the Credentials Screen you enter information on the top and it appears on the lower portion of the screen

Customize which fields show for each credential type, and how they are labeled To make it look like this, we entered this in the Detail field: teinstitu:Employer|tedate:Hire Date|tedate2:End Date Select Module > Codes Select NAMES: Testing & Certification Types from the Code Type list Click the Find button and select the appropriate type record. Enter the fields and labels you want to use in the Detail field. Fields and labels are separated by colons [:]. Field/label pairs are separated by the pipe [ | ].

Special Credential Reporting Functions: showtest(nmid,"tetitle",".t.","tetype,tedate") = Pulls Credential Data into any report JUSTDOIT('do credexp with .t.') - Adds Credential Fields to a report GETTEST(nmid) = Pulls Credential Data into a report.. With ability to set parameters GETTEST(nmid,"tescore => 70") returns credentials with a score of 70 or greater. Check out SM Help.
