Hyperledger Sawtooth is a blockchain platform originally developed by Intel . It has been hosted by The Linux Foundation since 2016.<br><br>The first hyperledger sawtooth release was on 14th June 2017. hyperledger Sawtooth 1.0 included tools to install and manage sawtooth networks, new transaction commands, an enhanced REST API , integration with Hyperledger Fabric for ordering of transactions, support for Python business rules , transaction finality through majority voting among validators (validator nodes), and more flexibility in how consensus is conducted.
