  3. Leadership • A process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs an organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent • Creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen

  4. Types of Leaders • Servant Leadership • Transforming Leadership • Charismatic Leadership • Distributed Leadership • Collaborative Leadership
