  3. Progress • Building Awareness/Program • Michigan Green Chemistry Conference and Michigan Green Chemistry Governor’s Awards Program • Conducted in 2009 and 2010 • 2011 conference and awards ceremony co-hosted by University of Michigan in Ann Arbor • Michigan Green Chemistry Clearinghouse Grant

Progress • Seminars/Education • Four higher education curriculum development grants • Grand Valley State University, Kettering University, Michigan State University, Wayne State University • Setbacks: • Departmental changes and program elimination • Tasks updated to address changes, take advantage of opportunities, and build on successes
