  2. 一、What is 生涯學習檔案？ 1、一本專屬個人的檔案。 2、它可以讓你從中獲得學習和成長，也 可以讓別人從中認識、了解你。 3、內含著高中生涯中，點點滴滴的記錄 及回憶。 4、有助於你升大學的寶貴資料。

  3. 二、生涯學習檔案之內容 1、個人檔案 2、生涯學習規畫單 3、獎狀及證明書 (1)獎狀：校內、校外皆可 (2)證明：幹部、社團、義工…等

  5. 三、生涯學習檔案的包裝及完整性 1、封面封底之設計 2、目錄及分隔頁 3、側標及頁碼 4、各式證書 -->加上心得感想 5、活動照片 -->加上註解說明
