  2. complete rest in a good ventilated cold place • cold application over the animal body • I/M injection of broad spectrum antibiotic as:Streptopencid 2 vial/cattle/12 hr or ,Enroflox 1cm/40kg B.wt/24hr • fluid therapy→500 ml Dextrose (5%),slowely I/V &should contain the following • Novalgin→10ml/100 kg B.wt(if body temperature less than 40 c) • Dexamethasone→5-12 ml/cattle&horse,,,,,1-3 ml/sheep and calves *or Finadyne→I/M→2 ml/45 kg B.wt/cattle →1 ml/45 kg B.wt/horse
