Recommendation • The Objective of using a unique Resp Org Code “00” is to provide substantial protection to toll-free customers by: • Advance notification call (for emergency requests) from the Requesting Resp Org with paperwork to follow • Requiring Resp Org’s Authorizing Signature on 10-00 Form • Copy of Customer Directive and LOA with a Customer Contact Name & PIN or a Customer Contact Authorizing Signature not More than 30 Days Old
