VARDAN live efficient How to ● Start by kneeling on your mat ● Make sure that your knees are hip width apart and your feet are together behind you. ● Take a deep breath in, and while exhaling, lead with your hips by taking it back and gently lay your chest over your thighs. ● Stretch with your arms forward on the mat while resting your forehead on the ground ● Hold this pose for one to three minutes. ● Relax and repeat at least 5 times Downward Dog Benefits: 1. Helps stretch hamstrings and calves 2.
