  1. Smart Rooms Rooms 346 and 354

  2. VGA cable The larger end goes into the VGA port (pictured above) and the smaller one goes into the headphone jack.

  3. If your computer doesn’t have a VGA port, use this adaptor. It goes into a USB port. You will still need to plug in the audio cable to enable sound.

  4. HDMI cable No audio plug in is necessary with the HDMI connection. The HDMI port is pictured above.

  5. With these adaptors for the HDMI cable, you will still need to plug in the audio cable.

  6. With this adaptor, you do not need to plug in any audio separately. (HDMI mini port pictured below)

  7. Wireless Connection You need software installed to run the wireless connection. Contact HRITS with any questions.

  10. Projector You need to install software to operate this device. Contact HRITS for information and questions.

  11. Blu-ray and DVD player • Player is located in black box on the north wall. Contact Yee or Rosie for keys. • Press the blue button on remote to begin. • Adjust volume slowly!

  12. Webcam • Connect the USB cable from the mounted camera into your computer • Connect the audio cable from the tabletop hodgepodge to your microphone plug on your laptop (white label) • Open up the program you are using and the camera on the wall should be active, as well as the mics on the ceiling.
