  5. What’s in the MyFitLife Program? MyFitLife Package consists of a scientific TRAINING blueprint that is universally applicable to any individual with different fitness goals. Each workout session is short but intense. Control is the major factor to your program since the challenge and intensity of the training is decided by your own tolerance and unique ability.

  6. Precision is the other key factor; after 20 minutes of the training, the body is caused to produce certain hormones precisely meant for burning fat and building muscle tissue. The positive effects of such training can last up to 48 hours after it is performed.

  7. There are three training stages: Transition Phase: This phase shall be done for two weeks to begin the re-programming of the body’s hormonal software. The hardest part of the journey to your dream body is the first step and it takes about 1-2 weeks to get over the adjustment period. After Transition Phase, your body should be ready and programmed to promote the necessary hormones for getting lean and healthy. It is time to move on to the next level. .
