The LOOP Magazine • The LOOP is a Supplement Magazine aimed at Leeds Students, and also prospective Leeds Students, with them being a noticeable majority in the city, with 2 university’s and several Colleges. • With our magazine we are looking to provide an accessible and interesting insight into life as a student in Leeds, And be an advisory voice to help students get the best out of their experience. • We cover a range of topics, the main topics are Travel CultureBudget Local Affairs • Our magazine is set out as a fun and easy read. Because we have A specific Target of viewers, It was easy to write in a way which will interest our Fan Base

The Magazine Design • We have a design theme, with a parody of our main Title design running through our magazine along the bottom of each page. • Our Layouts Go by a 3*3 grid structure, which is broken on many of the pages, but kept to a simple way of viewing each page to make the magazine pleasing on the eye and not too overwhelming.

  3. Meet the Team • Here at The LOOP, we have a team of all students, So finding content which will interest Our fan base was easy. Here is our team: Didi – Across the board Steph – Culture/Travel Luke – Across the board Callum – Local affairs and Culture Mary – Budget and local affairs

  4. Travel Within this magazine we have many great articles providing tips and ideas to get you going this summer

  5. CULTURE We Also offer Cultural reviews to make sure your in the know of what to do around Leeds, your nights will never be dull again.

  6. BUDGET We all know Students are strapped for cash, but each issue we will provide our best knowledge in eating cheap and Saving Money, no more beans on toast and micro meals

  7. Local Affairs IF you want to know what is going on in our city, or just want an interesting read, our writers are dedicated in bringing you the best, up to date news and exciting stories for you to tell your friends about.

  8. THE HOOK • Our magazine could easily gain a strong fan base, with nothing quite like this on large scale offer in the city. • Being students ourselves we know exactly what will interest our peers, and with a range of different subjects covered, there is something for everyone to read about. • We can distribute the magazine throughout student residence, popular shops, in and around student areas and on campus to get everybody in the LOOP

  9. Expansion • Starting out aiming at Leeds students, we have the possibility to link up with students across the country to produce a Nationwide magazine for students, including only the best culture and lifestyle stories we can collect from students.
