MedPOINT Management Provider Training User Guide

Accessing trainings on the MedPOINT Management website involves selecting the training type, logging in or registering for an account if needed, completing required Medi-Cal enrollment for certain IPAs, choosing and completing trainings, downloading and submitting attestations, and tracking progress. Additional information on profile settings and submission of paper-based attestations is also provided.

  2. Toaccess trainings at www.medpointmanagement.com: 1. Go to theTrainings tab,select drop down: 2. Choose New Provider Training or Annual Provider Training: 3. Ifyou have an account – enteremail and password. 4. If you do not have an account: a. Click Register:

  5. d. Please checkyour email for the confirmation email. e. Follow the steps in the confirmation email to log in to www.medpointmanagement.com to access trainings:

  6. 5. Choose from the menu on the left-hand side, the trainingthat youwould like to complete – all trainings listed must be completed. 6. Afterchoosing the training, you will need to click on ‘view training’:

  7. 7. You will have togo through thetraining. You may download thetrainingif you like. 8. Afterfinishing the training, you will need to click on the confirmation button(this will not be available untilyou finish the training):

  8. 9. Then click on the‘View Training’ button or the‘Attest’ button: 10. You will need toclick on the‘Download PDF’ button todownload thehard copy attestationto submit to PNOapplication@medpointmanagement.com * Please note, if this step is missed, the training will need to be completed again in order to download the hard copy attestation* 11. Afterdownloading the form, youwill need to click the confirmation button:

  9. 12.Youwill need to repeatsteps 5 through 11 for each of the required trainings. A checkmark will appear next to each trainingthat has been completed, and you can trackyour progress on the status bar below: All paper-based attestationformswill need to be submittedto PNOapplication@medpointmanagement.com

  10. Additionalinformation: Profile tab: - Here is what your currentprofile looks like:

  11. Settings tab: - Youcan update yourprofile setting here: namechange, update password, add/delete IPA affiliation, etc.
