  17. What do I do now? Use the things in the direction you read to help you. Some things would be to take the medicinal plant of the direction and wear it around your neck in a small medicine bag. Another is to make prayer ties and offer prayers to direction for help and assistance. But this will be for you to decide. What is laid upon your heart is your guide.
