Cox-2fl/fl Deletion in Skin Leads to Tumor Development in Mouse Model

This study examines the impact of Cox-2fl/fl deletion on skin tumor development in a mouse model with DMBA/TPA treatment. Analysis of skin papilloma formation post-TPA treatment reveals significant findings. Refer to Supplemental Figure S5 for detailed results.
