  3. The Challenges/Issues • Phone and paper registration inefficient • Security concerns with credit card information via paper and over phone • Shorter attention span • Got to get them signed up while they are thinking about

  4. Capitol Impact • Capitol Impact LLC • Based out of Atlanta, GA • Since 1999 • state and local government agencies, associations, not-for profit entities and corporations • Event Impact system

  6. ITS Registration System • Using Capitol Impact since 2003 • New System began in 2009 • Since 2009 ITS has had 444 events that were used with this registration system • A total of 15,968 attendees/registrations have been completed since 2009.

  9. ITS Registration System One Registration System for all of ITS – Conference Registration Personnel Easy for attendees to contact one person that will always be in charge of the registrations. Payments entered into the Capitol Impact System if not paid by credit card.

  13. CSU Registration System • Using Capitol Impact since 2007 • New System began in 2009 • Since 2009 Columbus State has had 691 events that were used with this registration system • A total of 20,153 attendees/registrations have been completed since 2009.
