THE CONCEPT • Multiple touch points for connecting with target audiences: • Identify target audiences • Create YouTube channel focused on target audiences • Utilize brief videos featuring target audience participants • Pull YouTube videos into blog posts on company website • Share blog post links via social media • Engage target audiences via social media (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) • Interview target audiences not on videos for blog post content

  4. OPPORTUNITY The existence of current company fans provides fertile opportunities to utilize their enthusiasm for marketing outreach. Rather than “pushing” out sales messages, testimonials from satisfied fans provide “proof” of the benefits of the company’s products and/or services. A participant-driven experience that keeps prospects engaged with a multitude of touch points year-round.

  6. OFFLINE Print Material Provide postcards for fans to share offline. Cross Promotion Arrange collaborations with related businesses. Satisfied fans can be brand ambassadors. Open Houses Utilize social media to promote open houses in various locales.

  7. ONLINE Through blog post interviews and videos, current fans have the ability to create online brand ambassador content. Guest Posts Some fans may want to create their own guest blog posts. Community Involvement Local media will be encouraged to cover live events including product or service demonstrations. Social Networking Social networking sites will be used to promote the content from the YouTube channel as well as the blog. Live Presentations Will be recorded for use on the appropriate YouTube channel as well as the website.

  8. COMMUNITY • Consider creating a loyalty program for fans. • Offer live events to foster a sense of community among the fan population. • Utilize community events for online content.
