  15. 提交登记表 • 打印一张《登记表》、两张《申请表》后，手工填写登记表中的“个人简历”一览个人简历必须手工填写，格式为： • ****年**月**日 ****小学**班 证明人*** • ****年**月**日 ****初中**班 证明人*** • ****年**月**日 ****高中**班 证明人*** • ****年**月**日 ****大学**班 证明人*** • “就读学校对本人在校期间表现”由辅导员填写并签字盖学院章。 • 可以学院为单位或个人交至学生工作部办公室204室。 • 联系人：徐老师，联系电话55271876

  16. 领取登记表 • 在登记表及申请表盖章审核程序完成后，将由学生处发还表格，供毕业生在10底全国征兵工作开始后携两表到入学前户籍所在地县级兵役机关报名应征。
