National Honor Society Steps to Induction Character: Role Model Teacher/Staff Input Code of Conduct signed by parent and potential member (required) Letters of Recommendation (optional) Personal Narrative Essay (optional) Acceptance Eligibility: 92% cumulative average Leadership: Officer, Captain, Boyscout, Babysitter– independent, responsible and ability to lead others (verification form) Service: Community & School Active Involvement (verification form) If you have any questions, attend the informational meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 26that 7:20a.m. or Thursday, February 28th at 2:45 in Room 308.
