Typical questions:How can you secure the quality and integrity of PACA? • You can’t really, at least not at large. • You can within the Community of Practice: • constant exchange on advances in method • systematic documentation • ongoing training • For potential customers, the PACA website indicates PACA Consultants who offer good quality. • If customers want to go for cheap and bad copies, we can’t help that.

Typical questions: How can you secure the intellectual property rights to PACA? • PACA is a registered trade-mark in the EU and South Africa. • Rather than pursuing a defensive approach, we opt for an offensive approach: • continuous upgrading of the method • a service-driven Community of Practice model • advertising of experienced PACA Consultants to potential customers • Core idea: Membership in the COP offers value for money -- there is no point in coming up with a cheap copy.
