  4. Rules to Highlight • All backpacks along the walls. • No food or drink in labs. • Do not download games, apps, programs. • Do not roll around the room on the chairs. • Visit appropriate, school-related sites.

  6. H Drive • YOUR personal storage place • Accessible from all computers in school • Limited storage space (no huge movies!) • When you log on, this is a saving option

  7. P Drive

  8. Teacher Side of Public (P Drive) • You can view documents • You cannot change those documents • You cannot save to that side

  9. Student Side of Public (P Drive) • You can view documents • You can change those documents • You can save to that side • EVERYONE has access to stuff here.

  10. Your USB Drives • Flash, thumb, jump drives • All are the same thing with different names! • Save most work to these • Back them up at home or on your H drive

  11. File Responsibility • Make a file – save immediately. • Know WHERE you saved it. • Call it something logical. • Create a system for self about WHERE you save • Flash AND H: • Flash AND home

  12. Lost Files • We have little ability to find things when you put them somewhere. • Can’t meld plastic (we’re working on it, though) • Those flash drives AREN’T perfect!
