PAMFIP - FED/2006/018-679 • Objectif global : doter le pays d’un système solide de gestion des finances publiques garantissant l’efficacité, l’efficience, la transparence et la sincérité dans l’action publique de l’Etat. • Objectif spécifique : Le rétablissement du fonctionnement minimal des administrations responsables de la préparation et de l’exécution budgétaire ainsi que la mise en place des bases pour la modernisation de la gestion des finances publiques au Tchad. • Maître d’œuvre : Ministère des Finances et du Budget.
