Distribution Business model • FM Russian model is centered on small deliveries (from 1 pallet) • Customers are mainly smallto average producers • Average size of shipment is between 1-2 pallets • Service can be organized commonly for upto25 customers / truck • Administrative workload in Russia is excessive: a 20ton truck loaded with Alcohol may require as much as 20KG paperwork! • We have about 350 customers every month distributed • As the main distribution provider for retailers, FM gains a competitive advantage and can guaranty better service

Transport organization is… • A workforce of 150experienced collaborators • Located in 10 cities from Moscow to Vladivostok and from St Petersburg to Rostov • Dedicated team of 30 “expeditors” which can be present during loading or unloading as per request • Transport Management system - Chainware • Tailor made tool for organization and follow up of transport operations • Interconnectivity with other tools for supply chain optimization • Planning and optimization of transport flows • Forming of the requests to our TMS through the EDI • Scanning and archiving system - Magellan • Operative documentation return processes • Scanning tool spread in all network fully integrated to other Supply Chain tools • Archieving of documents
