  2. Demi Lovato An American singer, Demi Lovato, is an inspiring story of resilience. She spent a lifetime dealing with mental health issues. At the young age of 18, she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Before this, she also struggled with Bulimia, an eating disorder, and substance abuse. She chose to be transparent and vulnerable about her struggles in front of people. She decided to go to rehab and later went through treatment that has since helped her reclaim her life.

He doesn’t fit the people’s stereotype of someone who would have a mental disorder. However, behind the laughs and humor of the famous Deadpool star lies a daunting life dealing with anxiety disorder. Speaking with Variety, Ryan revealed that he has been dealing with crippling anxiety since childhood. A lot of this was due to the pressure Ryan’s father put on him during his childhood. He admitted having felt like a different person altogether on his worst days. Reynolds has shared that his wife, Blake Lively, and meditation have helped him deal with his anxiety.
