ViciFlow: Workflow Designer & Handler for Document Processing

ViciFlow offers two applications - Workflow Designer for designing workflows and Workflow Handler for users to process documents. With an easy-to-use GUI-based designer module and integrated viewer supporting 150 file formats, users can attach documents, comment, and more. The workflow designer allows flexible and fixed workflows, user configuration, triggers, and actions definition. ViciFlow Two applications • WorkFlow Designer : for designing workflows • WorkFlow Handler : for users to process documents Features • Easy to use GUI-based designer module • Integrated with rich viewer which allows various annotations and supports 150 file formats • Facility to attach documents, comment etc.

  2. WorkFlow Designer • Friendly user interface to design workflows • Support for ‘Fixed’ as well as ‘Flexible’ workflows • Users are denoted as nodes and actions are denoted as links • No restriction on no. of nodes, links etc

  3. WorkFlow Designer • For each node, user can be selected from the users database • The user node can be configured to alert superior if document is stuck for beyond a scheduled period of time • Facility for definition of Event based (On Entry; On Exit) as well as duration based triggers

  4. WorkFlow Designer • Various actions can be defined and each link represents an action • If the user at the beginning of the link takes that action in the WorkFlowHandler, document goes to user at end of the link.

  5. WorkFlow Handler • Users can log into the WorkFlowHandler and see the workflows & docs they have received • They can set the status of a document as “Processing” which prevents others from changing the document

  6. WorkFlow Handler • The document received by the user can be opened in a viewer which supports 150 file formats • The user can add comments on the left and/or attach one or more documents

  7. WorkFlow Handler User can also annotate the document by: • Adding text • Marking up important sections • Circling certain sections • User-wise annotations can be viewed
