  2. Relationships with the Students • At Legendary Middle School the teachers know the students by name. • The students love and respect the teachers. • The students actually look forward to coming to school every morning.

  3. I spend my time working with underdeveloped or mentally challenged students. At Legendary Middle School the special education program uses mainstreaming Mainstreaming is the placement of a child with special developmental, physical, emotional or educational deficiencies or challenges into a regular classroom setting for part or all of the school day, with the long-term goal of helping the child make a gradual adjustment into as many aspects of normal life as possible, so that the child can become a functioning member of society to whatever extent he or she is able. I love to see my students challenged. I believe that just because they learn different does not mean that they cannot learn. With mainstream the students do not feel secluded and so different from the other students. MySpecialty

  4. My Classroom Do’s Do be on time. Do respect each classmate. Do have a positive attitude. Do get your homework signed each night by your guardian or parent. Do give your undivided attention to the teacher. Do be a role model for the generation below yours.

  5. Ms. Mary Hines My objective is to see that every student I come across, during my years of education, are challenged and pushed to their fullest potential. I love to see the sparkle in a students eye when they really learned something new. It is a beautiful but much challenging job to teach children. I love my job and I love to be challenged just as much as I love to challenge.
