  2. Goal • The goal of running is to get in shape and become healthier. The use of devices and programs will enhance your performance and give a better understanding of where you are in terms of performance. • Running will keep you in shape, lose bodyweight, decrease chances of future health issues (high blood pressure, clogged arteries), strengthen you lower body muscles (gluteus, calves, hamstrings, quadriceps), prepare you for sport activities, clear your mind and keep you relax, etc…..

  3. With the help of equipment/software… • You will be able to keep track of your: • Heart Rate • Calories Burned • Pace • Distance ran • Past runs (to see how you have improved) • With certain equipment you will enhance your speed, agility, endurance, power, and your body as a whole.
