  7. Minimal Standards of the Team • Show up at meetings & on time • Return calls and emails in a timely manner • Complete tasking or assignment • Let people learn from their mistakes • Give POSITIVE criticism • Don’t make all the decisions yourself • Be flexible

  8. Cooperation • Working together for a common goal or purpose • Accomplished by: • active listening • shared ideas • respecting the point of view of others • not stereotyping the individual or situation • being willing to change or compromise
