SHOPPING FOR ELECTRONICS

Engage in a dynamic role play activity set in an electronics shop where students practice customer-service interactions. One student assumes the role of a customer seeking information about smartphones or other devices, while the other acts as a shop assistant providing answers. The scenarios cover information gathering, making a purchase, and returning items, with a focus on negotiation strategies and effective communication. This activity helps develop conversation skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques in a fun, engaging environment.
