Patriot Series: A productive, quick changing and versatile 500 – 700 range production machine. Explorer Series: That 1000 – 1200 range production machine you are looking for. Up to five stringers. 1,400 –1,800 per shift depending on pallet. Can be equipped to run reclaimed material. Expandable to make block pallets. Like all GBN’s, it’s all solid state.

The Excalibur’s production range is 32 x 24 to 60 x 60 Inches, with Auto Board Placement. Up to 60 x 72 without and up to five stringers. 2,400 –2,800 per shift depending on pallet. Can be equipped to make block pallets. Like all GBN’s, it’s all solid state.
