Outputs: Monthly MEPRS/EAS Financial File (includes contractor expenses) and reports including bypass file. Available for download from the BFGD Download section, for import to MEPRS/EAS. Monthly SMART file for Financial Reconciliation, loaded to the financial reconciliation website.
