  3. Current Policy Covers General Liability and Professional Indemnity Directors and Officers Liability Property including Property in Transit and Fraud Business Interruption Motor Vehicle Personal Accident Travel Outside Country Expatriate Personal Effects and Travel Inside Country

Travel Outside Country Comcover Policy Definition of ‘Traveller’ A person approved by you, including any approved accompanying persons, on travel approved by you (in accordance with your travel policies) outside his or her home country, or his or her country of assignment (including travel to outlying Australian territories and islands) for up to one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive days.

  5. Travel Outside Country – what’s covered. • Baggage and Personal Effects standard $10,000 Money up to $5,000 Rental vehicle excess up to $5,000 Baggage delay Alternative public transport cover up to $10,000 Replacement employee expenses Other non-recoverable travel, accommodation expenses

Self inflicted injury, suicide or any attempts thereat Professional sports Medical expenses in Australia Pre-existing conditions apparent 30 days prior to travel Any non clear legal link between your powers and functions and the activity of the traveller Any claims covered by any workers compensation or other legislation.

Self inflicted injury, suicide or any attempts thereat Professional sports Medical expenses in Australia Any elective and/or cosmetic procedure, treatment or surgery Any loss or claim if the expatriate has not undergone a pre- deployment medical and dental examination Any loss or claim if the expatriate was declared medically and dentally unfit to be deployed to the country of posting Any pre-existing conditions
