  1. Le Siphon Explication scientifique :Le siphon sert à transvaser les liquides et se compose d'un tube en U renversé ayant une branche plus longue que l'autre. Considérons un siphon plein de liquide, dont les branches plongent dans deux récipients contenant le même liquide mais à des niveaux différents. Nous avons alors deux vases communicants, et les deux niveaux doivent pour qu'il y ait équilibre, être dans un même plan horizontal.
